The site is full both in winter and in summer and they are all families. The reasons for us to sell our beloved house without enjoying it fully is the compulsory city change. We built extra things both inside and outside our house which we care so much. For these reasons, we cannot rent it to anybody, and we cannot leave it unattended. We are going to sell it in this process. Some of the residents are retired people and some are young couples. Every villa has its private parking place for two cars. The whole of the site is controlled with security cameras. The night watchman continuously patrols the site. The site is a peaceful place with a wonderful sea view. It gains favor in a fast pace.
